Originally printed to accompany Bacskay’s CONTRA exhibition in 2000, Fallen Words is more than a catalogue. Featuring excerpts from the artist’s journal from the time the works were created, this concise but intense collection of prose and visual detail could be considered an artwork in itself. Fallen Words provides a unique window into that period of the artists development.
